Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your WOUF pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
